When I first came to Lana, I was in the depths of PTSD & complicated grief. Over the last few years she has helped me grow exponentially. After years of sitting with other therapist who claim to understand & treat PTSD clinically but had no real personal experience with it, Lana was a perfect fit for me. She uses her immense knowledge in her field to give insight into the situations I was struggling through. Sitting with her is the safest place I have sat through on this journey. Lana uses and shares her own experiences which has had a profound effect on my healing. Knowing that the person I sit with can understand and relate to my situation in an honest and open way has been a key to helping me heal. I have and would highly recommend her.
