When I called them, I had no idea what type of help we needed. Jackie was kind and patient. I explained our situation to her and she recommended testing with Dr. Reinke or Dr. Ida. Upon arrival to the office we got to meet Jackie in person. She was incredibly nice and talked directly to our son, which I appreciated; it relaxed him a bit. Dr. Reinke was incredibly. He took his time explaining what testing would entail and when it came to results he took over an hour to explain the results to us. The only downside to using Dr. Reinke is that we waiting 6 months for the final report. I feel like we wasted so much precious school time without it because the school would not offer accommodations without it. We are sending our second child to see him soon because, although the report took forever, the information was priceless and the staff made our family comfortable.
