Good therapist. She uses "therapy words" but she also says it in a way that i can understand. She has helped me understand all the connections between the way i think and the way I behave. She knows so a lot about trauma! She helped me make sense of things. I did not know that trauma had lasting effects on the mind and body. She is professional and kind hearted. She cares and it shows.
