Dr Arango is very knowledgeable and competent and also very caring. She always comes up with ways to do the exercises that are creative and personal to adjust to my specific circumstances and needs. She is supportive and explains things very well. She remembers so much about out conversations and my progress, in incredible detail. She is a better mental health therapist than my actual therapist in addition to being a great PT - she is ready to point out progress when you need it. She also really goes the extra mile to suggest things and other providers that will help even though it is not during the session and she has to do extra work.
