My experience with Dr. Ruuskanen was truly life changing. I was able to use EMDR and talk therapy to process trauma that I didn’t even realize was impacting my life from my childhood. Dr. Ruuskanen is very professional and makes you feel comfortable to share with her. Seeing a therapist was a long hard decision for me, so being able to build a trusting relationship with her was amazing. We were able to process all items that we had discussed and I was able to stop the sessions and feel confident in doing so. So thankful for the opportunity to heal and that is special thanks to her and her abilities.
