Dr. Z was such an amazing force to have as part of my journey. She not only helped me process the day to day but gradually taught me steps to notice patterns that came up often and gave me some really helpful ways of accepting how I was thinking and feeling. I have seen other therapists in the past and her approach definitely resonated with me the most! I cannot recommend her enough to be a part of your healing and spiritual journey.
