Laura Johnston is an intelligent LMHW, with experience in working with patients addictive behaviors as well as family. She guides me with (I think) CBT, by offering me tools, developing ways to become aware of how my behavior affects my quality of life, in addition to pragmatic solutions to get me centered focused and productive.
