Dr Laura Macleod has been counseling and working with me many months to help me to get quality sleep. Previously to seeing her my sleep was terrible!!I’ve been logging into a sleep log she recommended and posting results each morning from previous night sleep on a sleep mobile app she suggested.With her ongoing counselings sessions, coaching and continued recommendations I’ve seen huge progress results!!Thankfully my sleep has greatly improved to where I am now sleep regularly 7-9 hours each night using my CPAP each night since her help and guidance. Since getting my new CPAP machine and her recommendations I use it every night successfully.Thanks Dr. Laura Macleod!!!
