Laura has been helping me for a few years now and I have made incredible mental progress. She has helped me so much with my trauma, anxiety, and even just present challenges I may face. Not only has she listened, but she has given me great exercises to do and shared her knowledge on psychology with me. I have never had a therapist that actually explained to me in depth like she does. I feel I have really been given great tools to heal and continue to learn about myself. She has only ever radiated a warm and compassionate presence to me. This review was a long time coming, as I have recommended her to many friends too. I feel very seen and heard by her.
