Mrs. Laura Toney is a wonderful counselor! She is kind, thoughtful, caring and professional. She is very approachable . Office is easy to find ; and I have not had any problems getting in touch in a timely manner. No problems what-so-ever with Billing or Insurance. I would highly recommended this counselor to my friends or family.
