Laurel has been my therapist for 4 years now and before her I had very little experience with therapy. I chose her based on her warm voicemail message. Boy, did I luck out. She has helped guide me towards a new understanding of myself, life, relationships, awareness, and how I can live my best life for myself and other beings. She has a non judegemental warmness about her that has made it easy to open up and dive into the depths of my mind and soul with someone I feel has been an invaluable mentor.
