Working with Lauren the last 3 years has been transformative for me. I had always struggled with myself, identity and personal relationships. She helped me recover my true sense of self, bring that forward in my personal and professional relationships, and helped me to develop new thought patterns and coping mechanisms to deal with the highs and lows of life. Because of our work together, I am now, the happiest I have ever been, working in a job that I love, and in a romantic relationship that Is healthy and stable. I know I would not be where I am today without her and the work we have done together. I cannot recommend her or her a team enough, you would be lucky to work with them!
