I've spent years working with Dr. Golia. This review is not based on a single visit or a few meetings. She's seen me through good portions of my life and not so good portions. I know she cares about me. I know she's invested in me, my life, my health. She has gracefully helped me see my life with more perspective, supported my growth, and kindly shines light on areas needed looked at. I know what my mental state was like before starting to see Dr. Golia and how that compares to my current outlook. I'm so much more invested in myself, my relationships, and have found through her guidance a happier healthier life. I owe her so much more than this review. She's helped transform who I am and how I feel on a daily basis. I'm not going to lie. She can't do the hard parts for you. I've worked hard to be vulnerable, open, and accepting of her knowledge and outlook, and her commitment to my well being has been fundamental to this new mindset. So so grateful!
