Lauren is very compassionate and has a warmth about her that makes her easy to talk to. I can tell that in our sessions she is actually listening and empathizing instead of just waiting for her turn to talk. I always feel better when our session are over. It was hard for me to seek help, but after our first session I wished I had done it sooner. I highly recommend her.
