I don’t like to write reviews and like to keep my pain or inner thoughts to myself. Looking in the mirror and feeling strong and hiding weakness and my past behind those self-fabricated walls. The last thing on my mind was to be labeled as damaged so that society could triumph and laugh about me behind my back. Anyone that experienced some tough things in life for longer periods understands what I am talking about and deal with it on their own terms which ranges from alcohol to drugs to bury the pain. I don’t trust anyone and constantly in all war threat mode and never thought to seek help until physically and psychologically my body exhausted. Dr. Liefland, I would like to say thank you to you as I was able to tell my story without being judged little by little. I couldn’t tell my own family as I felt guilty about what I experienced the last decade. You gave me hope and your caring personality left a mark in my brain that you care, I mean genuinely care about your patients. M
