Was a client for over a year until employment ended the benefit. Lauren was SUPER helpful and did an awesome job at keeping me grounded. She was understanding, compassionate, but truthful. She validated my feelings (a battle for me) while simultaneously emphasizing that they didn't have to be in control. She always made me feel SEEN and HEARD. I would HIGHLY recommend.
