Lauren is amazing! I have a hypertonic pelvic floor which causes pain with intercourse. I seen a few physical therapists in my quest to improve my condition and she by far was the most knowledgeable and helpful. With her help, in about 2-3 months, I was able to alleviate all pain. With this condition, there is no quick 'cure,' just consistent upkeep. She armed me with the knowledge I needed to continue my journey solo confidently. Outside of her professional knowledge, she was also incredibly warm and easy to talk to. This is a huge plus when working with what feels like a very personal subject. I definitely recommend her! Side note, she also works with other gastrointestinal therapy, not just pelvic floor dysfunctions.
