Dr B is wonderful but his receptionist is awfully rude and disheartening. I've been a patient for over 15 years. I was in such pain and the receptionist wanted me to wait 4 days until I could see him. Sorry Dr. B., i may need to find someone to help me when i need help, not when its convenient for their receptionist.
