She is the best therapist I have ever had. She really works through the problems or situations with you, and helps to reframe your thoughts. She also explains things very well in ways that you can understand. She has so many resources for patients to learn, and she will teach them to you depending on your comfort level with receiving coping skills and strategies. She is genuinely the best therapist.
