Dr. Segelov is excellent at both diagnosis and treatment. She provided clear guidance for a pattern of exercises which built core muscles, strengthened stamina and eliminated pain and tingling in my leg. She explains each step in the process and offers gentle encouragement as she stretches capacity to do more.
