At first I was not looking forward to the education. But Dr. Cianfrini's energy and humor made four hours of education about pain and different ways of treating it was very much worth the time and money. I thought that I knew a lot more than I was shown by Dr. Cianfrini including the fact that pain is not only caused by what your brain receptors send out and pick up and several other things that I've been taught by less educated doctors (at least in this arena of physiology and psychology).
