Lelia is incredible. I started seeing her at a time when I was miserable, and she told me from day one I would have to put in the work to help myself. I do not care for 'homework' of worksheets or journaling and so after trying it a few times we changed directions. She meets you where you are at and helps you to see your growth. I appreciate she allows me to talk through things and realize where I could have handled things better then we discuss better ways for the next time. She isn't telling me I am wrong she is letting me work out where I can show growth.
