Len really listens to what I have to say. His responses have been perfect & reassuring for whatever I'm going through. I can txt or call him according to the severity of the issue. He's always pleasant. Our sessions are about me & don't include him sharing about his life. Though I may think of him as a friend, he never crosses strict, clinical boundaries.
