I have been seeing her for about 2 months now. I see her perhaps once per week. She seems easy for me to open up to, to trust, to be honest with about my military sexual trauma and to talk to about my gender dysphoria. I am thankful. It has taken years to find someone with whom I can comfortably open up and share these very personal, serious, emotional issues. She seems to care. Is she human? Yes! She isn't perfect and her office isn't a modern, state of the art building, it's quite modest, though I don't go there for the decor. I think she is a good listener and I am pretty sure she takes notes after session, to keep things in focus.
