Outstanding, as a new patient, and I choose her to look out for my interest. I explained that I was depending on her to take care of my needs, as she was the expert and I know nothing about my needs. She took the time, and took me through each step and explained what I was getting with each grade of hearing aids. I was and am very happy with my/our chose!!!
