I came in because I was having anxiety issues and I really had no idea how to express or understand the emotions I was having, I just knew that they were causing problems. Leza has worked with me to help me to identify a huge range emotions, process those emotions, and ultimately change my thinking for the better. As a male, being able to understand my emotions and understand how my thinking can effect me has helped me tremendously and I would recommend him to anyone!
