Been seeing Lillian since 2018 and since then there's huge improvement in my levels of anxiety and depression. She's very helpful and encouraging on problems I find difficult to deal with. I love that she's on the talkative side because I'm more quiet and anxious, making it easy to talk about my situation and feeling. She puts a lot of effort and time to see what solutions will help me during any difficulties I encountered. I'm very grateful to all the help she has provided me all these years!
