I has a smooth and positive visit with Dr. Lillian Chin at Manhattan Grand Optical for my annual eye glasses and contacts exam. She was attentive, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. I could tell she wanted me to have the best prescription and took time to answer all of my questions. Paul and Albert who helped with the appointment check in, insurance, and payment were also friendly, knowledgeable, and clear. Great experience, where I felt taken care of!
