Don't expect to get a therapist who will just nod and listen to your problems and send you on your way. Lillian Fox makes you *work*. Unlike many before her, Lillian Fox will challenge your assumptions, and help you figure out how you, not the person who's bugging you, can change. And yet she is caring and empathetic. Never knew any therapist would call you on a Sunday to see how you're doing after a tough week. I have never grown as much as I have these 2 years under her care.
