I began working with Linda after a history of trauma. While I had worked with other therapists in the past, it became apparent quite quickly that trauma therapy is what I needed to work through the effects on my nervous system and body. Linda’s use of NET, talk therapy, mindfulness, and life-path coaching was so terrific for me and instrumental in me taking my life in a better direction.
