Linda is a great lady and was very helpful to me!! I was a challenge I’m sure. I am lactose intolerant, have elevated cholesterol (need low-fat diet) and recently found out I have a rare disorder called Sucrase-isomaltase deficiency. I don’t process sugar like most because I’m lacking the enzyme to convert sugar to energy and had severe fatigue. Linda went over all the food groups to find foods I like to eat. I eliminated all sugar and only certain foods for 2 weeks. It was hard but my stomach felt better than it has for years!!After 2 weeks I could try adding 1 food for 3-4 days if no problems I could try another food for same amount of time ect. That way I could find foods I could tolerate. I went back to see her and was so great full for her help!! If your having any stomach issues she can help you! She also worked with my (gastrointestinal dr) Dr Charles Randall whom also is a 5 star doctor. Thanks for being so great and easy to work with Linda. You changed my life!! Deb Brady
