I have been seeing Linda off and on for 5 years. The first time I saw her was when I lost my job. Worked there for 15 years. I was feeling really down and I knew I needed to talk to someone. I have never been to a therapist before. Did not know what to expect. She was someone that you just talk to and she gives you feedback. She is someone that you can talk too that is not family..... that you can tell her anything. Over the years I have seen her a few times. When my dad got sick, my dad passed away and issues with my mom now living alone. May only see her for a month or a few weeks. Just talking along with her feedback does help. I would recommend anyone to go see her.
