I've been a client of Linda's for three years. I remember the first time we spoke on the phone to schedule an appointment. I was in a very low spot in life and after just a few minutes, I felt hopeful for change. Ahead of me were many hard decisions. Linda guided me through these changes and although they weren't easy, I always knew she was on my side. She has a very special way of gently guiding me. Life presents us all with challenges and decisions. But for me, the difference between approaching them then and approaching them now is applying the wealth of things I have learned in therapy. I would not be the person I am today without Linda. She has given me strength, comfort, empathy, courage, confidence, and empowered me in a way I never knew was possible. I'm forever grateful.
