I'm very pleased with my counselor. However there could be room for improvement for some of the office staff. The comfort level I have with my counselor is the primary reason I still use that practice and tolerate some of the office staff. I let them know with plenty of notice that I'll be out for surgery and they count me as a no show. This isn't the first time I've had issues with them either.
