Since my early 40’s, I’ve been in physical therapy for osteoarthritis of the knees, hips, shoulders, lower and upper back at least 9 times. After that, I was sure I knew what a top physical therapist was like… until I was treated by Dr. Linda Wells. If my former best PT deserved 5 stars, Dr. Wells surely needs 10. Maybe 20! She listens, she thinks, she studies your tests, and she explains all exercises very patiently until you really master them, and that’s the only way PT becomes effective. She saved me from knee injections and from back surgery. She is the first PT I ever had that did NOT say my posture was perfect. She has an eagle eye, and made minor corrections in the way I stand, walk, sit and climb stairs. The exercise routine she developed for me in conjunction with her posture corrections turned the clock back on my arthritis by at least 15 years. I have been doing her routines 5 times a week for the past 3 months and minding my posture, and intend continue for life. I also in
