Lindsay has taught me that I was enough. She Provides a judgement-free zone and a space where it was safe to share anything! I didnt know their were options for coping skills that would enable me to persevere through any and all circumstances life could through at me, yet all the while I could continue to recover. I now have quality of life. I began our relationship with Bulimia, but I surround myself w/people like Lindsay still, who know & remind me I deserve a life of love and recovery.
