Every visit with Lindsey I felt heard. She never put words in my mouth, instead she asked brief questions which would guide the session. She helped me to find my inner voice again. I always felt safe to express my emotions- ranging from anger, sadness, and joy. I highly recommend her if you’ve been through childhood trauma.
