Lindsey is amazing. She always seems to now just what I need. From helping me process my emotions to helping me reduce my stress and anxiety levels, she has been amazing. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She is LGBTQIA+ friendly and non judgmental when it comes to sensitive topics. I have been to many therapists over the last 24 years and she is one of the top 2 therapists I have ever encountered.
