Dr. Willbanks tells it like it is. My dad has been to 3 different places & he is not easy to deal with. Needless to say she broke down his wall, earned a place in his heart. Now that he can hear life for all the family is amazing. The SAME aids at a local ENT office cost us 3000.00 out of pocket on top of his benefit (5500 total). Not with Dr. W, she took his benefit & NO OUT OF POCKET. Come to find out it was because they didn't partake in a certain program. She is a blessing!
