I have been seeing Dr. Arge a few years for weekly psychotherapy. I was in a terrible place when I started seeing her and did not trust mental health professionals because of prior bad experiences. However, over time, she has helped me completely transform my life, mental health, and perspective. She has taught me effective skills & toolbox ideas for managing my biggest daily issues (being emotional regulation and C-PTSD trauma). She adapted her approach to what worked best for me at times, which felt significant to me. She always makes sure to validate issues and feelings that tend to be brushed off by normal or neuro-typical people. I could go on forever about how grateful I am to have her as my most trusted healthcare provider; and how wonderful she is in general. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Arge for any kind of care.
