I have been seeing Lisa for a number of months (because I absolutely needed it) for help with two lifelong issues - addiction and the childhood trauma that precipitated it. It is not possible to overestimate the incredibly positive and lasting impact that Lisa is having in my life and my family's life. With Lisa's care and guidance, I have finally found help for both of my serious issues in one place, with one therapist. Lisa takes a holistic and integrated approach to MY wellbeing and MY best health that is focused on helping ME use the tools that work to keep me sober, present, mindful and resilient. Why is Lisa successful? It's very simple. She cares, she is compassionate, she challenges me with grace, and she will not let me give excuses. Because of her, I am heading into six months of sobriety and a future where my past pain is no longer remaining my current burden. Please … don't wait anymore. I waited too long until I found Lisa.
