I'm not sure what the older review is saying, Lisa has been nothing but lovely in the time she's been working with me. She's understanding, polite, and kind, and talking to her feels comfortable. It's like talking to a friend, and she has been welcoming both with my gender and sexuality, along with any concerns I've had. She doesn't deny my questions about symptoms and diagnosis and has been working with me since the start. She really seems genuine and I couldn't recommend her enough.
