When I read Lisa’s profile it resonated with me. Therapy can be hard work and I wanted to do that journey with someone I felt comfortable with. My first attempt was with a therapist that seemed to worsen my anxiety. She seemed like she was scolding me for the majority of the session. Lisa was kind and put me at ease. Instead of dreading my next appointment, I’m excited for the next session. I’m super excited about the goal we created for me.
