I saw that she had a 1 star review and had to let my opinion be known. Lisa seems a bit standoff-ish at first but that might be because she is actually listening to what you are saying and taking it all in. She is my PCP and also the PCP for both my teenage daughters. She takes her time with each visit and you don't feel like just another patient to push through the process but like an actual person. If there is something you need to be notified about (aside from basic appointment stuff) she personally calls you and doesn't pass it off on an office assistant that doesn't really know your case. I am thankful to have found her after several bad experiences with other Delaware medical professionals.
