When I first saw Dr Palmer, I had chronic lower back pain. Previous doctors and stretching didn't alleviate the problem. Since going to see her, my back has been pain free for a year. Then, late last year, I fell and dislocated my ankle in a really bad way. She worked in concert with my PT to improve range of motion, reduce swelling and gradually build up ankle strength again. It's nearly back to 100% at this time - just minor improvements needed. We're now working on building up flexibility through my hips which are generally tight but unfortunately tightened up more as a result of the dislocated ankle and reduced motion. I'm happy to say my range of motion has improved by 10 degrees so far - both sides. I highly recommend Dr. Palmer. She's helped me through these last 3 issues and I find we haven't had to revisit past concerns. When the pain has gone away, it's stayed away!
