Lisa is an exceptional therapist with whom three generations of my family have worked over the past several years. She has made a profound difference in our lives. She has the type of expertise and understanding that can only be gained from decades of study and by working with various demographics on many different issues for a long time. She was the first therapist in my life who pinpointed that childhood trauma was the resounding issue in my life, and who helped me understand its nature, dynamics, and manifestations in my family of origin and myself and life now. Childhood trauma and family dysfunction are clearly her fortes. Most critically, she arrested the transmission of family dysfunction that was irrefutably poised to happen with my minor child, enabling them to set needed boundaries, distinguish between our issues and theirs, and their self-esteem to remain intact. I highly recommend.
