Really love how knowledgeable she is. She is very friendly, courteous and listens. I have Parkinson's and had DBS surgery. She understands all about the device and my symptoms. It was a new device that the office hadn't used this particular device previously, but they were willing to learn about it and have exceeded my expectations. She isn't afraid to ask questions and she is interested in what I have to say
