I’ve had several sessions with Lisa and she’s really helped me deal with my anxiety, depression, toxic family issues that have since resolved ( yippee!!), as well as with my many chronic health problems. She’s also helping cope with the passing of my best friend, Bailey, a basset, who’s been by my side for 12 yrs.Lisa always takes the time to explain to me why certain situations happen and how to cope with them. She treats me as a person, not a number plus she puts me at ease. She’s very empathetic too.I giver her a 100 out of 10 and highly recommend her. She does telephone visits if you are home bound like myself. There are other options available. . Be sure to check if she’s in your insurance network. you won’t be disappointed if you choose her.
