Dr. Sugarman is amazing. She will truly go out of her way to help you succeed. When I called to make the initial appointment, to my surprise, when I started asking questions, I was actually transferred TO THE DOC! I got to speak to the DR!! She was extremely easy to talk to and answered my questions without hesitation. If you are looking to obtain an FAA medical clearance I can not think of a better human being than Dr. Sugarman. Navigating this process can be intimidating and overwhelming, but she just takes the lead. We are still in the process of getting the certificate, but I have no doubt she will get us where we need to be. I can't say enough about her, she is wonderful, accommodating, smart and willing without hesitation!
