Lise has provided weekly one-on-one therapy sessions for me for the past three years. She has guided me through a difficult transition period of my life, where I have re-evaluated my relationship with my partner of 20+ years and ultimately decided to end the relationship. Her style is straightforward and empathetic. Her default in our sessions has been to start with whatever is top of mind for me in the moment and let our conversation proceed naturally from there. In our sessions, she preserves a nice balance between listening and responding. She has treated me with kindness, consideration, and respect. I heartily recommend her as your therapist.
